Classes begin promptly on time, so please arrive early for registration, and bring an extra pair of dancing shoes that you have wiped off, water bottles (if you would like your own), and energy to spare!  Water and other drinks to quench your thirst and goodies to snack on will be provided.  For more information on the next monthly workshop, please feel free to contact us or keep a lookout on the events page.

Joel and Ana are also available to teach special workshops or a series of group classes (5 or more students) under particular circumstances.  Please contact us to schedule workshops, request further information, or offer suggestions on any workshops you would like offered at one point in time.

PRIVATES:  BACK TO TOP

Privates are a great way to get in-depth personal attention.  They are designed to help you based on your individual needs and interests, and as such are very beneficial to take whenever possible.

Joel and Ana offer privates for individuals/couples or semi-privates for 3-4 people in Mambo "on2", Salsa "on 1", Cha Cha Cha, Bachata, and Merengue.  Packages of 5 or 10 privates are also available.  We start out all privates by dancing with you to assess your skill level.  We then develop a plan on what will be most helpful to accomplish your goals.

  •   Body Movement and Isolations
  •   Smooth Arm/Hand Movement and Placement
  •   Footwork
  •   Spinning
  •   Turn Combinations*
  •   Confidence/Creativity Building
  •   Presentation

*  We do not teach complicated turn combinations unless you can properly execute a cross body lead.
