Sheila started ballet training at age 5 in her home city of Taipei, Taiwan, and continued through her young adulthood in Los Angeles.  Other dance training includes modern, jazz, hip hop, and salsa.

Sheila studied dance at Westside Ballet in Santa Monica, Californa; San Francisco Ballet School; and the notable Tisch School of Arts at New York University.  Sheila became a member of Masacote Dance Company in 2006.
