He
attended the Jose Angel Lamas music school in Caracas, Venezuela
to begin his formal classical education and at the age of
17 became the principle turmpet for the young Venezuela
Symphony. In 1996 he relocated to NY to study with
Lorie Frink and Victor Paz (lead trumpet for Cats for 18
years) as well as Bobby Shew. He currently tours thoughout
the US with the first national tour of "Moving Out",
the Tony Award winning broadway show by Billy Joel and Twyla
Tharpe.
He has recorded on numerous soundtracks, jingles, and record
dates and has performed lead and solo trumpet in a variety
of styles throughout his career: jazz, rock, pop, latin,
R&B, and classical.
